FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022

A planned five-day assignment became a four-month on-site project in Doha. I coordinated LED-wall delivery for the FIFA Fan Fest, including inbound shipments, local handovers, loading zones, vehicle access and workforce accreditations.

I also supported broadcast access, vehicle vouchers and offload planning with technical and project teams as traffic and security requirements changed.
