Photo documentation and a clear outcome: ready for shipment, corrections required or re-check recommended.
Event Load-Out & Freight Preparation
Practical preparation for international road, air and sea freight — including packing lists, case and package checks, dimensions and weights, freight documentation, cross-shipping and handover to the appointed forwarder.
I can support ATA Carnet preparation, temporary import and re-export documentation, loading coordination and final checks to ensure the physical freight matches the paperwork.
Freight Audit & Logistics Cost Control
Review of complex freight quotations, agreed rates, surcharges and final invoices — with the practical forwarding experience needed to understand where costs should sit and where discrepancies may need to be challenged.
Support can include quote comparison, rate documentation, invoice checks, duplicate-charge identification, clarification of unexpected accessorial costs and transport-cost tracking against the agreed project budget.
Barcode & Inventory Implementation Support
Hands-on support for physical stocktaking, SKU clean-up, duplicate identification and reconciliation between physical and digital inventory.
I can prepare barcode and label processes and test scanner workflows so stock data is structured, traceable and ready for day-to-day use.
Buyer’s / Supplier Site Representative
When you need someone on the ground but do not need to send your own team, I can represent your operational interests directly at the supplier or production site.
This can include supplier visits, shipment-readiness checks, packaging and labelling coordination, discrepancy documentation, follow-up with the supplier and preparation for handover to the appointed forwarder.
