Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at VVC IKE. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union. As well as multiple worldwide destinations. In case you are a business owner, please contact us before your purchase and we will give you a promo code for reduced b2b purchase. We will make sure the correct shipping documents and invoices are being raised. 

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays - unless you purchase express delivery services. Feel free to contact us for any shipping related questions before your purchase in case you have a very urgent order. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

VVC IKE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Visit your Government customs homepage or contact your freight consultant for more details.  

Note: For intra-EU orders, customs duties generally do not apply for the VVC Items available on our online shop. The Greek VAT of 24% is included where applicable. In case you wish B2B reversed charge shipping invoicing, please send an email with your company details including VAT and company registration certificate. Email Viktoria@viktoria-vigh.com.  

6. Lost or Damaged Orders

VVC IKE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

1.) Take pictures of the damage including a clear visible photo of the shipping label and tracking number.

2.) report the damage immediately!  

We do offer transport insurance options, you can select it accordantly at the checkout. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
