Online payments are processed securely through Viva.com Smart Checkout. VVC accepts major cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover.

Depending on your country, device and the payment methods available at checkout, you may also be offered Viva Wallet or local options such as IRIS, Klarna, EPS, iDEAL, MULTIBANCO, MB WAY, Trustly or WeChat Pay.

PayPal is also available as a separate online payment option. The payment methods currently available to you will be displayed during checkout.

Payments at VVC SHOP Sitia

At our physical shop in Sitia, Crete, card payments are accepted through a Piraeus Bank epay POS terminal. Supported cards include Visa, V-Pay, Mastercard, Maestro and China UnionPay. Diners Club and Discover may also be accepted when enabled for the transaction.

The terminal supports contactless payments, allowing customers to pay with compatible contactless cards, mobile devices and digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. IRIS payments are also available in store when supported by the active payment setup.
